I has click to register to join in some group, there has a note " please wait for agree by captain". So i wait. Now i want to answer a question, i can't. Why ? Captain of group don't agree ? If he don't agree, maybe i can't answer a question ?

您好，申请加入团队是需要团长审核通过才可以正式加入的，目前确实有部分团长对团队关注不够，不能及时审批团员，我们会逐步寻找合适的人选替换这些团长，如果申请加入团队长时间没有回应，可以取消申请，加入其他感兴趣的团队，目前是需要加入团队才可以在团队中发言的。
